There Space Studios
Located in the heart of downtown Phoenix at the corner of 24th Street and Van Buren, There Space Studios is a full-service recording facility offering affordable tracking, mixing, mastering, ADR, and post-production services.
Positioned in the belly of the city, our studio is conveniently located just 10–15 minutes from Roosevelt Row, Downtown Tempe, and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, and only 20 minutes from Downtown Scottsdale and Mesa — creating easy access for artists and creatives across the Valley.
There Space Studios is located within the new 14,000 sq ft There Space building at 2431 E. Van Buren St., alongside our sister company, There Space Screen Printing, and a growing community of creative spaces.
Built from Phoenix’s DIY community, our approach prioritizes accessibility, creativity, and making artists feel comfortable and confident enough to do their best work.
STUDIO A
Our flagship Studio A is a 1,500 sq ft open-concept tracking and control room located on the second floor. Featuring exposed red brick walls, cellulose-insulated wood flooring, and 28 channels of hybrid analog/digital I/O, the room was designed with comfort, workflow, and creativity in mind.
Built for full-band tracking, long-form production, and larger-scale projects, Studio A provides an inspiring environment without sacrificing functionality.
STUDIO B
Producer / songwriter suite designed for vocal tracking, writing, and production.
Starting at $35/hour, Studio B is a tightly treated brick production space featuring a private smoking patio and isolation booth. Ideal for writing sessions, vocal recording, production work, overdubs, and smaller tracking projects, Studio B offers an affordable and comfortable environment built to keep ideas moving at all times.
Across both of our rooms, we’re committed to accommodating projects and budgets of all shapes and sizes.
WORKSHOPS
In addition to private studio bookings, There Space Studios offers weekly recording technique and music industry workshops with an emphasis on education, collaboration, and community engagement.
